A huge thank you Ben to you and your team for giving us a beautiful, family home. After being flood-affected in 2011 and making the difficult decision to demolish our house and rebuild, we were grateful for the empathy shown and help provided to us, particularly in the early stages – having access to your draftsman was fantastic and he came up with a great design that is functional and clever, despite the restrictions placed on us.
Having access to a colour consultant certainly streamlined the selection process and took the stress out of making decisions which were out of our comfort zone!
Even during a long drawn-out Council application process, your professionalism and patience never waivered and once the build started, no problem was too difficult and no issue too hard to resolve. It was reassuring to be able to contact you and communicate directly, rather than have to go through a series of different people.
Your team of builders were professional, courteous and always happy to explain their progress. Your attention-to-detail and perfectionism have been evident throughout the build and even now, after we’ve moved in, the after-service has been great and you’ve gone the extra mile to ensure we are happy with the quality.
Thank you Ben for making a tough year a whole lot easier and so nice to come out the other side and have a lovely home to show for it.
