Builder Ben Knott founded the company in 2007. The group now constructs homes all over south east Queensland including Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast Hinterlands.
Based in Loganholme, the company has broad access to quality and competitive suppliers in all of these districts to build in.

In the first instance of building your new home in or around Brisbane, Sunshine Coast or the Gold Coast or doing renovations, you would engage a building company and enter into a building contract.
It’s important that you understand the content of your building contract and what it means to you. Building contracts are usually made up of three distinct parts, being:
Legislation such as the Building Work Contractors Act 1995 regulate the terms of building contracts and attempt to create a level playing field between builder and homeowner.
About Ben Knott
Entering the construction industry in 1995, Maddison Construction owner, Ben Knott, set the tone for his career with his passion for the industry which was accompanied by his acute attention to detail in all aspects of his work.
Graduating from his carpentry apprenticeship in 1998, Ben worked for several well-known contractors, building new homes in areas located between Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Come 2006, Ben had built up a vast knowledge from valued experience in his time sub-contracting for companies such as Contrast Constructions, Wally Williams Constructions, and most notably the Hillside Living and Pole Home Group.
With the years under his belt, Ben decided to obtain his Building Licence and go into business for himself, and, coinciding with the birth of his first daughter, Maddison, he launched his own company, aptly named, Maddison Constructions.
For the past 16 years, Ben has grown the company to be one of the premier building companies in the Logan area. Comprising of their own on site and office based staff, Ben and his crew have amassed over 40+ developments since their inception.
With the concept of basing his company on the highest quality of workmanship and transparency in his workings, Ben, and the Maddison team, not only wants to produce the desired product for each of his clients, but also wants to ensure the process is enjoyable throughout.
