Maddison Constructions is a Brisbane based home building business founded in 2007 by licensed builder Ben Knott who has close to 30 years of building experience. Having made our name as one of Brisbane’s premier pole home builders, the business has now evolved to specialise in all types of middle to high end home construction including Luxury New Homes, Coastal Homes, Acreage Homes, Extensions & Renovations, Knockdown & Rebuilds and New Pools.
Based in Loganholme, the company has broad access to quality and competitive suppliers and now constructs homes all over Brisbane, Logan & the Gold Coast.
With Maddison, Quality is Standard. We pride ourselves on providing a level of service that the bigger construction companies simply cannot offer and as such, most of our work comes from referrals. About Ben Knott
Entering the construction industry in 1995, Maddison Construction owner, Ben Knott, set the tone for his career with his passion for the industry which was accompanied by his acute attention to detail in all aspects of his work.
Graduating from his carpentry apprenticeship in 1998, Ben worked for several well-known contractors, building new homes in areas located between Brisbane to the Gold Coast. Come 2006, Ben had built up a vast knowledge from valued experience in his time subcontracting for companies such as Contrast Constructions, Wally Williams Constructions, and most notably the Hillside Living and Pole Home Group.
With the years under his belt, Ben decided to obtain his Building Licence and go into business for himself and, coinciding with the birth of his first daughter, Maddison, he launched his own company - aptly named, Maddison Constructions.
For the past 17 years, Ben has grown the company to be one of the premier building companies servicing the Brisbane, Logan & Gold Coast areas. With their own onsite and office based staff, Ben and his crew have amassed over 50 developments since their inception.
