Have just moved into our new ‘forever’ home and wanted to say a few words of thanks to Ben & his crew. We had a difficult time and a failed start with a much much larger builder who struggled with site issues ( Sloping block / Building over Sewerage / Water over Land) and I had to quickly move on to a new Builder and was lucky enough to find Maddison Constructions.
I had a very open and constructive engagement with Ben from the first conversation and this continued through the design and approval stage and into construction and handover.
There was not any arguments over scope or spending time referring back to contract and when we had variations these where dealt with fairly on both sides.
Once out of design and approval, Ben and his crew took just under 6 months to build the house and we ended up with a end product that exceed the design and expectations – the carpentry work and front posts are a real feature of the house and all of the woodwork has tight lines and a lot of appeal, the driveway and entrance looks much better than expected.
Would recommend Maddison Constructions work and build again with Ben if I had the need.
